Thanks to our supporters and volunteers, we provide a reliable source of free period supplies to our community.
Because of our purchasing power, your gift of just $10 will provide a month’s supply of period products to three menstruators who need them.

We do not distribute supplies directly from our warehouse. If you are in need of the following items, please visit one of our many distribution sites across Milwaukee.

Periods are personal, and everyone who menstruates deserves access to the products they are most comfortable using.
We offer two types of disposable period kits because period product preferences matter.
Tampon Kit - regular tampons, super tampons, and super/overnight pads
Pad Kit - regular pads and super/overnight pads
reusable period kits
We offer both disposable and reusable options because we believe in dignity of choice, and that reusable period products should be accessible and achievable for every menstruator.
Our reusable period kits come with washable cloth pads, period underwear and a silicone menstrual cup.

Want to help brighten the day of a Milwaukee menstruator? Print our “Love Note” templates and get creative!
Once you’re finished you can drop them off at one of our Drop Spots around the city, or mail them to our warehouse. Email us for the address.
We will place one Love Note inside each period kit. Please be sure to use positive and inclusive language. Happy crafting!
