Travis has always had a passion for helping others live rich and meaningful lives. He works as a psychotherapist in independent practice on the East Side of Milwaukee, specializing in working with LGBTQ and neurodivergent adults and couples.

Travis lives with his husband and dog in Milwaukee.

Partner & Director of Strategy, Odvant Creative

Nydia is a founding partner of Odvant Creative, a branding and design studio located in Milwaukee, WI. Nydia is an intuitive, collaborative designer who delivers transformative strategies and designs that help small businesses and nonprofits stay aligned with their purpose.

Nydia has worked closely on several local political campaigns, and often volunteers at her kids’ schools.

Senior Tax Manager, Baker Tilly US, LLP

Shelby provides tax compliance and consulting services for not-for-profit organizations nationwide. As the lead chair of the Wisconsin chapter of Baker Tilly’s SOAR committee, Shelby has a passion for providing educational opportunities and inspiring change within the community with regards to diversity, inclusion and belonging.

Shelby grew up in the city of Milwaukee and is an alum of both UW-Madison and UW-Milwaukee. She currently resides in Brookfield with her husband and two dogs, and enjoys traveling, reading, and trying out new recipes.

Amanda has always had a passion for supporting marginalized communities and is proud to serve on Milwaukee Diaper Mission's board of directors.

Amanda serves as Founder & Principal of Momentum Nonprofit Strategies, where she supports nonprofits by helping them reach their financial goals. She lives in Whitefish Bay with her husband and children.

Content Strategist, GE HealthCare

Alyssa has dedicated her career to the healthcare industry, evolving from radiology technologist to roles in product development, clinical sales, and marketing. She enjoys working in a fast-paced industry focused on solving some of healthcare’s toughest challenges.

Outside of work, Alyssa finds joy in reading, gardening, and exploring the outdoors with her family. Alyssa lives in Hales Corners with her husband, daughter and son.

First Grade Teacher, Milwaukee Public Schools

Community finds its way into most of the things Katrina does. As a public elementary teacher, she has worked in a variety of school and college settings to support young students, their families, and teachers in training. Her passion for teaching and community stretched outside of the classroom when she taught prenatal yoga and cloth diaper classes at a local birth center.

Katrina was thrilled to jump on board to help MDM organize the cloth diaper program and open conversations for families and partners to learn about cloth diapering. She lives in Milwaukee with her husband, 3 kids, and dog.

Labor and Employment Shareholder, Hawks Quindel

Summer is a Milwaukee wage and employment discrimination lawyer who represents clients in a wide range of employment issues, including wage theft, sexual harassment, discrimination and severance negotiations.

In addition to being an original member of MDM’s Board, she also serves on the Executive Committee and Executive Board for the National Employment Lawyers Association and heads the Wisconsin Election Protection Legal Coordinating Committee. In an effort to maintain work-life balance, you can find her on weekends with her husband trying to manage the youth sport schedules of their 3 kids and keep track of 2 crazy little dogs.

Director of Strategic Initiatives, Charles Antetokounmpo Family Foundation

Mariah’s work focuses on building others up and spreading positivity, while overcoming her own challenges. Mariah and her fiancé, Giannis Antetokounmpo, have championed the mission of MDM and elevated awareness of diaper need in Milwaukee since 2021.

In 2022, Mariah helped to launch CAFF, a global social impact foundation. In her spare time, Mariah loves to work out, travel, and spend time with her fiancé and three children.

Occupational Therapist, Greenfield School District

Allison has always had a passion for helping children reach their full potential. She has been a pediatric occupational therapist since 2014 and has worked in outpatient, birth to three and school settings.

Allison first joined MDM as a volunteer wrapping diapers and packing period kits, and joined the Board of Directors a year later. She lives in South Milwaukee with her husband, 2 sons and 2 dogs.

Client Success Manager, The Stelter Company

Jenni has worked in the nonprofit community for over a decade supporting planned giving fundraising and marketing efforts. She is a UW-Madison grad who is passionate about giving back to the community.

In her free time, Jenni enjoys reading, playing guitar and rock climbing. Jenni lives in Menomonee Falls with her husband and two sons.
