  • Nydia Maurás-Jones - President

    Partner & Director of Strategy, Odvant Creative

    Nydia is a founding partner of Odvant Creative, a branding and design studio located in Milwaukee, WI. Nydia is an intuitive, collaborative designer who delivers transformative strategies and designs that help small businesses and nonprofits stay aligned with their purpose.

    Nydia has worked closely on several local political campaigns, and often volunteers at her kids’ schools.

  • Maggie Corry - Secretary

    Strategy Consultant, Spectrum Nonprofit Services

    Maggie brings a deep passion for helping organizations build sustainable strategies and meaningful impact. She specializes in revenue planning, strategic development, and capacity building for mission-driven organizations.

    Maggie lives in Wauwatosa with her three kids, Riley, Hannah, and Rosie, and her husband, Aaron —and is committed to raising them as dedicated Green Bay Packers fans :) 

  • Brandon Armatoski - Treasurer

    Assurance Operations Manager, Baker Tilly

    Brandon brings public accounting experience, specializing in audit services for a wide range of not-for-profit sectors including healthcare and social service organizations. Currently, in his project management role, he oversees various initiatives to improve organizational efficiency and client service.

    Outside of work, Brandon enjoys biking, traveling, and hiking.

  • Amanda Aliperta

    Founder & Principle, Momentum Nonprofit Strategies

    Amanda has always had a passion for supporting marginalized communities and is proud to serve on Milwaukee Diaper Mission's board of directors.

    Amanda serves as Founder & Principal of Momentum Nonprofit Strategies, where she supports nonprofits by helping them reach their financial goals.

    Amanda lives in Whitefish Bay with her husband and children.

  • Alex Criag

    Manager, Baird Foundation and Philanthropy

    Alex is responsible for the strategic oversight and execution of Baird’s charitable giving across the globe. And through her position as Vice Chair of Ascend - Baird’s women-focused resource group – she has organized opportunities for Baird associates to learn about and support Milwaukee Diaper Mission.

    In addition to her MDM board service, Alex is an affiliate review panelist for the United Performing Arts Fund and is a member of TEMPO’s Emerging Women Leaders.

    Alex and her husband live in Wauwatosa where you can often find her reading, needlepointing, trying new restaurants, and going on long walks with their puppy, Eevee.

  • Nadiyah Groves

    Founder, NG Strategies

    Nadiyah possesses a strong background, skillset, and passion for political organizing, government affairs and lobbying, campaign strategy, community engagement, and issue-based advocacy through building responsive and inclusive spaces that prioritize and amplify the voices of marginalized communities.

    Nadiyah works to convene collaborative partnerships and allyships to address critical issues that impact people’s material conditions.

    Nadiyah loves spending time with her daughter and partner. She is also a proud cat mom.

  • Trisha Houghton

    Director Population Health & Quality Improvement, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan

    Trisha is committed to improving the lives of those that live in the community we serve. She is a registered nurse and serves Medicaid and Dual Special Needs members across Wisconsin.

    Trisha is experienced in improving clinical outcomes for underserved populations focused on health disparities, social determinants of health, health equity and community programs.  Her history of proven leadership and experience provides the fundamental structure necessary to establish newly created programs, build an infrastructure designed for impact on the community and allows for long term success.

    Trisha enjoys staying active with her family and supporting organizations that create positive change in our community.

  • Ron Jacobs

    Community Volunteer

    Ron has a strong background in the leisure, travel, and tourism industry, with expertise in developing business and financial strategies that drive revenue growth. Since retiring, he has dedicated the last three years to the nonprofit sector, focusing on growth and strategic planning for two local organizations. A graduate of UW-Oshkosh, Ron is deeply passionate about giving back to his community, leveraging his skills to make a positive impact.

    In his free time, Ron loves exploring new destinations, fishing on the lake, hitting the golf course, and enjoying time on the water. He lives on Okauchee Lake with his wife, embracing the beauty of nature and community.

  • Summer Murshid

    Labor and Employment Shareholder, Hawks Quindel

    Summer is a Milwaukee wage and employment discrimination lawyer who represents clients in a wide range of employment issues, including wage theft, sexual harassment, discrimination and severance negotiations.

    In addition to being an original member of MDM’s Board, she also serves on the Executive Committee and Executive Board for the National Employment Lawyers Association and heads the Wisconsin Election Protection Legal Coordinating Committee.

    In an effort to maintain work-life balance, you can find her on weekends with her husband trying to manage the youth sport schedules of their 3 kids and keep track of 2 crazy little dogs.

  • Allison Simmons

    Occupational Therapist, Greenfield School District

    Allison has always had a passion for helping children reach their full potential. She has been a pediatric occupational therapist since 2014 and has worked in outpatient, birth to three and school settings.

    Allison first joined MDM as a volunteer wrapping diapers and packing period kits, and joined the Board of Directors a year later.

    Allison lives in South Milwaukee with her husband, 2 sons and 2 dogs.

  • Claire Trimberger

    Assistant District Attorney, Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office

    Claire is the team captain of the juvenile delinquency unit at children's court. In addition to her law degree, having a master’s degree in social work, with an emphasis in children, youth, and families, allows her to tailor her approach in assessing the needs of the juveniles who enter the juvenile justice system while also ensuring the needs of the victim are met.

    Claire lives in Milwaukee with her husband, Andy, and their two dogs. She loves cooking her way through cookbooks and traveling.
